Registration fees apply for MAPLL/TL, except for students who are not presenting and do not need proceedings (see below). The proceedings (IEICE Technical Report) is only available electronically, and its download (DL) license is tied to the registration fee.
In short:
- Presenters (whether students or not) are all required to pay the presentation fee.
- As for students who do not present, the registration fee is 1,100 yen with a DL license, and free without a DL license.
- For regular participants who are not students, the registration fee is pricier, but we would like to ask regular participants to contribute to the workshop by making the payment if they have a research budget covering the fee.
(If you are a casual participant without a research budget and do not need to download the proceedings, you can quietly participate for free.) - Presenters who pay the presentation fee need not pay further.

When to register:

- The presentation fee should be paid by the time you submit your manuscript for the proceedings.
